By accessing or using conwayup.org (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Website or services.

About ConwayUP

ConwayUP is a student-led volunteer initiative that provides information and support to help Arkansas students access college scholarship opportunities. We are not a licensed educational consultant, financial advisor, or scholarship granting organization.

Services Provided

ConwayUP provides:

• Information about scholarship programs and deadlines
• Guidance on application processes
• Boost Grants to students who complete scholarship applications
• Connection to resources and support systems

Our services are provided free of charge to students.

Boost Grants

Boost Grants are incentive payments funded by community sponsors. To receive a Boost Grant:

• You must complete all required scholarship applications as verified by ConwayUP
• Grants are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis while funding is available
• Grant amounts and availability are subject to sponsor funding
• ConwayUP reserves the right to verify application completion

Boost Grants are separate from and do not guarantee admission to any scholarship program.

No Guarantee of Results

ConwayUP does not guarantee:

• Admission to any scholarship program
• Receipt of any scholarship or financial aid
• Accuracy or completeness of third-party scholarship information
• Availability of Boost Grants

Scholarship decisions are made solely by the respective scholarship programs and universities.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not misrepresent your eligibility for any program
• Complete your own applications (we provide guidance, not ghostwriting)
• Meet all deadlines for scholarship programs
• Use the Website and services for lawful purposes only

Donations

Donations to ConwayUP are processed through Stripe. By making a donation:

• You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method
• You understand donations support Boost Grants and program operations
• Tax deductibility depends on our fiscal sponsor status (contact us for details)
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Intellectual Property

The ConwayUP name, logo, and original content on this Website are the property of ConwayUP. You may not use our branding without permission. Information about third-party scholarship programs belongs to their respective owners.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Website or any information provided.

Limitation of Liability

ConwayUP, its founders, volunteers, and sponsors shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Website or services, including but not limited to missed deadlines, unsuccessful applications, or reliance on information provided.

Changes to Terms

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Faulkner County, Arkansas.
